设施：符合度假酒店的标准衞生：每天早上都有员工清扫管理泳池环境：很适合全家独家旅游服务：这次特别想重点夸一下酒店的服务，如果满分是100分，我愿意给120分！ 1. 这次我们来度假正好赶上我和太太的十周年结婚纪念日。还没入住前，酒店就通过邮件热情地向我们致以问候，细心询问我们的需求。入住后，不仅贴心地布置了结婚十周年的床品装饰，还送来了可爱的小蛋糕，带给我们一个意外的惊喜，让我们的纪念日更加难忘。 2. 更让人感动的是，入住期间深夜里太太肠胃不适，酒店工作人员主动陪同我们前往医务室就诊，医生还免费开了药。整个过程酒店员工全程陪同，无微不至。回房间没多久，酒店又贴心地送来了一碗热腾腾的白粥。我们住过很多酒店，第一次遇到如此贴心和细致入微的服务，真是为我们的假期体验大大加分！非常感谢酒店的工作人员Gun、Cyrus和Quin，他们的热情和关怀让我们有了宾至如归的感觉。下次来富国岛，我们一定还会选择这里！也希望看到这条评论的朋友们都能选择这家酒店，绝对物超所值，强烈推荐！

酒店位置在富国岛北部来说是十分方便，近沙滩之余亦与很市中心多景点非常接近，例如富国大世界，Safari及VinWonders，而且在酒店门外便可以乘搭免费VinBus穿越大同景点。而且酒前台店服务非常友善，房务职员也非常迅速，由酒店大堂步行到沙滩只需要5至10分钟左右，地理位置极佳。早餐食物种类繁多，而且餐厅面积非常之大，能够同时容纳大量住客。酒店大堂外面更设有**，有空时可以碰碰运气。

规划去「珍珠游乐园、珍珠野生动物园、富国大世界」3大景点，选择入住「丽笙渡假村饭店」，饭店位置及环境，都非常棒。饭店距离3个景点都非常近。饭店有私人游泳池，及通往私人海滩，住在饭店的旅客共用，小孩/大人都可玩水。非常棒。饭店只有提供免费接驳「从饭店至富国大世界」、「从富国大世界（指定站牌，有接驳按钮铃）至饭店」。饭店至珍珠游乐园、珍珠野生动物园，必须从饭店走路至免费大众运输交通站牌搭乘VinBus，必须等待接驳时间。也可以花钱从Grab app 呼叫出租车去珍珠游乐园（车费大约4万至5万vnd之间）、去珍珠野生动物园（车费大约6万至7万vnd之间）。如果时间充裕，建议两天游玩，一天去「珍珠野生动物园（园区内有很多接驳站点必须花钱买搭乘接驳专车、不花钱走路逛逛」玩一整天，隔天再去「珍珠游乐园」玩一整天。如果一天玩2个景点「珍珠游乐园、珍珠野生动物园」，时间太赶了。最后，住在这家饭店，如果要去外面找吃的或买生活必需品或买药物/药膏等等，除了使用Grab app点餐（找吃的而已）送至饭店之外，其他方式就是搭乘饭店免费接驳小车（高尔夫球车长轴版）至富国大世界区域。希望可以帮忙到其他游客的规划行程。

?????????? A Wonderful Stay at Radisson Blu Phu Quoc – Simply Perfect! From the very first moment, we were truly overwhelmed by the warmth and friendliness of the entire team. We especially want to mention Alex at the reception – she was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind. She took plenty of time to answer all our questions and made sure all our requests were taken care of. Her positive energy and excellent English really made our stay special. During our stay, we had a small issue with the room service at first – we tried ordering through the app, then the phone didn’t work, and somehow we ended up ordering twice. But again, the service was outstanding: Robert, the manager, personally took care of the situation, showed us how to use the app properly, and made sure the phone issue was fixed right away. It was handled quickly, professionally, and with a big smile – truly impressive! We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Radisson Blu, and it honestly felt like a dream come true. The entire resort is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and everything runs so smoothly. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a huge selection, and the beach is kept very clean with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. We also really appreciated the convenient shuttle services around the property. The Radisson Blu Phu Quoc combines luxury with a warm, family-like atmosphere. You feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for at every moment. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone – whether for a special occasion or just to relax and recharge. A big thank you to the whole team – and especially to Alex and Robert for their outstanding service and kindness. ??

Great resort! Incredible pool, breakfast, had a great selection of hot/cold foods. The lifts were fast. Free buggy to Grand world and back. Also a free airport shuttle, but make sure you book 12 hours ahead

Overall rating will give 4 stars. We stayed for 4 days 3 nights. We noticed that the second day, there are still some area of the washroom unclean and one of the day the rubbish was left at the bathtub without removing it. This obviously need some improvement. The staffs most are friendly and helpful. Definitely we will still chose to stay here in the future trips.
