設施：符合度假酒店的標準衞生：每天早上都有員工清掃管理泳池環境：很適合全家獨家旅游服務：這次特別想重點夸一下酒店的服務，如果滿分是100分，我愿意給120分！ 1. 這次我們來度假正好趕上我和太太的十周年結婚紀念日。還沒入住前，酒店就通過郵件熱情地向我們致以問候，細心詢問我們的需求。入住后，不僅貼心地布置了結婚十周年的床品裝飾，還送來了可愛的小蛋糕，帶給我們一個意外的驚喜，讓我們的紀念日更加難忘。 2. 更讓人感動的是，入住期間深夜里太太腸胃不適，酒店工作人員主動陪同我們前往醫務室就診，醫生還免費開了藥。整個過程酒店員工全程陪同，無微不至。回房間沒多久，酒店又貼心地送來了一碗熱騰騰的白粥。我們住過很多酒店，第一次遇到如此貼心和細致入微的服務，真是為我們的假期體驗大大加分！非常感謝酒店的工作人員Gun、Cyrus和Quin，他們的熱情和關懷讓我們有了賓至如歸的感覺。下次來富國島，我們一定還會選擇這里！也希望看到這條評論的朋友們都能選擇這家酒店，絕對物超所值，強烈推薦！

酒店位置在富國島北部來說是十分方便，近沙灘之余亦與很市中心多景點非常接近，例如富國大世界，Safari及VinWonders，而且在酒店門外便可以乘搭免費VinBus穿越大同景點。而且酒前臺店服務非常友善，房務職員也非常迅速，由酒店大堂步行到沙灘只需要5至10分鐘左右，地理位置極佳。早餐食物種類繁多，而且餐廳面積非常之大，能夠同時容納大量住客。酒店大堂外面更設有**，有空時可以碰碰運氣。

規劃去「珍珠游樂園、珍珠野生動物園、富國大世界」3大景點，選擇入住「麗笙渡假村飯店」，飯店位置及環境，都非常棒。飯店距離3個景點都非常近。飯店有私人游泳池，及通往私人海灘，住在飯店的旅客共用，小孩/大人都可玩水。非常棒。飯店只有提供免費接駁「從飯店至富國大世界」、「從富國大世界（指定站牌，有接駁按鈕鈴）至飯店」。飯店至珍珠游樂園、珍珠野生動物園，必須從飯店走路至免費大眾運輸交通站牌搭乘VinBus，必須等待接駁時間。也可以花錢從Grab app 呼叫出租車去珍珠游樂園（車費大約4萬至5萬vnd之間）、去珍珠野生動物園（車費大約6萬至7萬vnd之間）。如果時間充裕，建議兩天游玩，一天去「珍珠野生動物園（園區內有很多接駁站點必須花錢買搭乘接駁專車、不花錢走路逛逛」玩一整天，隔天再去「珍珠游樂園」玩一整天。如果一天玩2個景點「珍珠游樂園、珍珠野生動物園」，時間太趕了。最后，住在這家飯店，如果要去外面找吃的或買生活必需品或買藥物/藥膏等等，除了使用Grab app點餐（找吃的而已）送至飯店之外，其他方式就是搭乘飯店免費接駁小車（高爾夫球車長軸版）至富國大世界區域。希望可以幫忙到其他游客的規劃行程。

?????????? A Wonderful Stay at Radisson Blu Phu Quoc – Simply Perfect! From the very first moment, we were truly overwhelmed by the warmth and friendliness of the entire team. We especially want to mention Alex at the reception – she was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind. She took plenty of time to answer all our questions and made sure all our requests were taken care of. Her positive energy and excellent English really made our stay special. During our stay, we had a small issue with the room service at first – we tried ordering through the app, then the phone didn’t work, and somehow we ended up ordering twice. But again, the service was outstanding: Robert, the manager, personally took care of the situation, showed us how to use the app properly, and made sure the phone issue was fixed right away. It was handled quickly, professionally, and with a big smile – truly impressive! We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Radisson Blu, and it honestly felt like a dream come true. The entire resort is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and everything runs so smoothly. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a huge selection, and the beach is kept very clean with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. We also really appreciated the convenient shuttle services around the property. The Radisson Blu Phu Quoc combines luxury with a warm, family-like atmosphere. You feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for at every moment. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone – whether for a special occasion or just to relax and recharge. A big thank you to the whole team – and especially to Alex and Robert for their outstanding service and kindness. ??

Great resort! Incredible pool, breakfast, had a great selection of hot/cold foods. The lifts were fast. Free buggy to Grand world and back. Also a free airport shuttle, but make sure you book 12 hours ahead

Overall rating will give 4 stars. We stayed for 4 days 3 nights. We noticed that the second day, there are still some area of the washroom unclean and one of the day the rubbish was left at the bathtub without removing it. This obviously need some improvement. The staffs most are friendly and helpful. Definitely we will still chose to stay here in the future trips.
